With over 20 years of experience in newborn care, I bring a wealth of

knowledge and expertise to every family I work with. I am NNEB qualified. I possess a current enhanced DBS certification, Paediatric First Aid qualification, and Level 3 Safeguarding training.

I approach my role with empathy and understanding, recognising the

challenges and joys of parenthood.

I understand that every family is unique, and I am committed to tailoring my

services to meet your specific needs and preferences.

My dedication to supporting children with SEN stems from having personal

experience with my own family and a profound belief in the inherent value and potential of

every individual. I have had experience with children with speech and language delays, and

taken courses to enhance my understanding and aide my support to the individual children

and their families.

My approach to SEN support is rooted in empathy and understanding, recognising the

unique strengths and challenges of each child. I prioritise building trusting relationships with

both the child/ren and their family, fostering open communication and mutual respect.

In addition to my experience in SEN support, I have had the

privilege of working with families of multiples, namely twins. The dynamics of caring for

multiple births require a special set of skills, including organisation, flexibility, and the ability

to multitask effectively. I understand the unique demands and joys that come with raising

multiples, from coordinating feeding and sleeping schedules (both day and night) to nurturing

each child's individual personality and needs.

My approach to working with multiples is grounded in creating a nurturing and structured

environment that promotes their individual growth and development. I prioritise establishing

routines and strategies that accommodate the unique needs of each child. Whether it's facilitating bonding activities, implementing sleep training techniques, or providing emotional

support to overwhelmed parents, I am committed to helping families of multiples.
